Basic Maintenance Services

Basic Maintenance includes: 

  • daily site checks to make sure your site is online
  • daily site checks to update theme(s), plugin(s) and the WordPress platform, if necessary
  • daily site checks to optimize and back up your database
  • daily site checks to monitor comment/registration spam and remove it, if necessary
  • weekly site checks to back up your theme(s), plugin(s) and image(s)
  • weekly emails to you about ways to optimize your WordPress site load time, if applicable
A form will be added to your Dashboard which will allow you to submit support tickets directly to TPP if you have issues with your site in between the times that your site is scheduled to be checked.
